In our career coaching sessions, we start by specifying your needs. Then we focus on how to design your future by identifying the areas that best suit your character and personal values, what makes you most happy/satisfied in the next step, what resources you can use to improve your skills on the path you want to move forward, and what your next step should be on this journey.

Therefore, if you want to improve in some aspects but cannot do it on your own, getting support from a coach will benefit you.
