• No Cancellation: Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, it is final. We do not offer cancellations or rescheduling once the transaction is complete.
• Non-Refundable: All coaching sessions and digital services are strictly non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you expressly agree that the service begins immediately (e.g., through resource allocation or scheduling) and you waive your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
• Failure to Attend: If you fail to attend a scheduled coaching session, the session will be forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued.
