As a PCC-accredited career coach with 10 years of experience, I have had many sessions with people who suffer from these kinds of problems, and it has always been more than elating to see them achieving results quickly by first focusing entirely on themselves, then recognising their goals and finally taking steps to achieve them with my support.
In our career coaching sessions, we start by specifying your needs. Then we focus on how to design your future by identifying the areas that best suit your character and personal values, what makes you most happy/satisfied in the next step, what resources you can use to improve your skills on the path you want to move forward, and what your next step should be on this journey.
Therefore, if you want to improve in some aspects but cannot do it independently, getting support from a coach will benefit you.
As your coach, I will provide the necessary tools, support, and structure to help you achieve more.
